- Please do not apply scalp oil before coming to your appointment, a little leave-in conditioner is fine
- Let us know if you would rather not us using braiding gel when doing your hair
- The grace period ends at 15 min. A £5 late fee applies after 15 min
- 30 min lateness could result in appointment cancellation, message/call us as soon as you anticipate running late
- The latest you can reschedule your appointment is 48 hrs before the day of the appointment. Please do not wait until last minute to cancel
- A deposit of £10 is required to book an appointment
- If your appointment includes extensions, a deposit of £25 is required
- All deposits are non-refundable
- If extensions are not included in your booking, you must drop off your extensions at least 48 hrs before your appointment
